If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from WhiskAway Ice Cream and Sorbet, you may email us at email@example.com to discuss your issue. You may be eligible for an exchange, or a voucher to the value of the product's purchase price. We encourage all customers to take due care to inspect the completeness, quality, and accuracy of the goods that are delivered. Please note that given the perishable nature of our ice cream products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a delivery is completed. A delivery is considered to have been completed if & when: i) the recipient, or a third-party acting knowingly or unknowingly on behalf of the recipient, acknowledges receipt of goods by signing on the delivery order accompanying the delivered goods. ii) the recipient gives any other instruction (such as leaving the goods unattended at the front door/gate) as a form of acknowledging receipt of the goods. If there are errors to your order that are brought to our attention prior to a delivery being completed, including: i) incorrect items delivered ii) incorrect quantity of items delivered ii) product damage You will be entitled to: i) A full refund in the form of a vucher to the value of purchase price on the items that are affected ii) An exchange/replacement of the products at no additional cost to you (do keep in mind that this might result in a delay if a product is not in stock and needs to be remanufactured.
